| 摘要： | SHORT SUMMARY: This study cloned the wheat powdery mildew resistance gene Pm6 via map-based cloning,which encodes an NLR protein. Through GWAS,its cognate pathogen effector AvrPm6 was characterized,revealing a direct physical interaction that triggers resistance. The findings provide crucial insights into the molecular mechanism of wheat immunity against powdery mildew. |
