    陈 凡,博士,研究员,博士生导师

      1991年毕业于武汉大学生物化学专业,获理学学士学位。1994年在中国科学院武汉植物所获植物学专业硕士学位。1997年毕业于日本爱媛大学联合研究生院植物生物化学及分子生物学专业,获哲学博士学位。2013年国家杰出青年科学基金获得者。

    研究领域:

       陈 凡博士领导的创新研究组主要研究方向是植物分子控制与应答,研究植物发育过程中特定信号转导途径及相关基因的表达与调控。主要研究内容:

      1.植物环境耐受性形成及环境影响其生长发育的遗传基础
      
    植物的生长发育与形态建成是一个复杂而有序的过程,正常生长、发育与分化是外界环境通过影响有限的特定调控元件和调控因子,使基因受控而有序表达的结果。非生物逆境,诸如干旱、低温、高盐碱等,都对植物生长构成环境压力,由此导致其生理应答与耐受性的形成。围绕植物内源激素在分子水平上对植物发育进程的调控和信号转导,对特定转录因子及相关基因进行功能研究,结合转录组分析和表观遗传学分析开展功能基因组学及基因表达调控网络研究,以期认识环境因素影响植物形态建成的本质。

       
    2.水稻侧分生组织分化及形态建成的分子调控
      
    植物分枝发育在植物形态建成中具有十分重要的地位,作物的分枝是影响作物结实多少并进而影响单产的重要农艺性状之一,水稻植株在营养生长时期所产生的分蘖数及在生殖生长过程中所形成的花序分枝数和小花数,是影响其产量的重要的因子。水稻的分蘖、花序分枝以及它所着生的小花都是由侧生分生组织形成的。通过分离控制水稻侧发生组织发育相关的功能基因,从基因结构和互作,基因表达和调控,以及基因表达产物的生物学功能等方面,解析水稻穗型和分蘖等复杂性状形成的分子调控网络,以期揭示水稻侧发生组织分化和形态建成的遗传调控机理,为开展水稻高产的分子设计奠定基础。
