    降雨强,博士,研究员,博士生导师
      1989年毕业于北京师范大学物理系,2004年获得山西大学理学博士学位。2004年-2010年,先后在日本大阪大学应用物理系和日本国立自然科学研究机构分子科学研究所从事博士后研究,主要进行光学微操纵、近场光学以及双光子荧光成像等方面的研究;2007年-2010年,在从事博士后研究;2011年在华南师范大学任特岗教授,2012年加入遗传与发育生物学所,任细胞影像平台主任。

    研究领域:

    主要研究内容 
            1、光学微操纵技术及在生物学中的应用
            (1)基于光镊的单分子动力学研究
            利用光学微操纵(激光光镊)技术研究细胞、生物大分子等之间的相互作用及各种动力学过程。
     
            (2)基于非线性效应的飞秒激光光镊及其生物学应用
            开展基于非线性效应的飞秒光镊的机制研究,研究不同偏振飞秒激光下的非线性捕获效应与现象,探索飞线性效应在飞秒捕获中的物理机制及其生物学新应用。
     
     
            (3)光诱导神经细胞生长及机理研究
            近红外激光诱导神经细胞生长及其机制研究。
     
            2、纳米功能材料及其生物学应用
            开展基于量子点、金纳米簇等材料的纳米生物探针制备与其光学性质的研究,探索其在肿瘤治疗、生物成像、温度探测等方面的应用。
     
     
            3、生物影像技术及其生物学应用
            (1)光学显微成像技术开发
            开发显微成像技术。利用共聚焦显微镜、双光子显微镜以及超高分辨率显微镜等成像设备及延时成像等技术,结合荧光纳米探针技术等,进行生物光学显微成像。
     
            (2)CT成像技术开发及作物表型提取
            采用CT成像技术,进行深层组织、作物密集部位、作物根部进行原位检测并进一步提取作物密集部位和地下表型性状。
