            课题组主要研究兴趣集中在应用分子生物学和基因组学技术,研究土壤以及相关体系的微生物组的组成及功能。目前主要研究方向涉及农田生态系统土壤及作物根区氮素周转过程、微生物植物互作提升植物耐逆性的机理、抗生素抗性基因的分布扩散机制,环境中微生物病毒的分类及功能,以及植物益生菌的筛选及应用。
