    杨宝军,博士,研究员,博士生导师
     
            2009年获内蒙古大学学士学位,2015年获中国科学院上海植物生理生态研究所博士学位。2015年至2022年先后在上海植物生理生态研究所和比利时植物系统生物学研究中心VIB-PSB从事博士后研究,2023年加入中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所,任分子农业生物学研究中心研究员。

    研究领域:

            实验室主要以拟南芥和小麦分生组织为材料,通过结合4D细胞生物学,遗传学,分子生物学及表型组学等技术,研究植物细胞动态分裂生长塑造三维形态,以及细胞受损后进行再生的分子机制。并以此为基础,进一步探索植物根型在作物改良及营养吸收中的应用。主要研究方向包括:1、细胞定向分裂的机制与应用;2、细胞分裂与再生;3、根系构型及磷高效利用。
