    课题组的研究方向介绍:
        面向粮食丰产、农产品营养与品质提升,生物制药,能源环境等国家重大战略需求,植物合成生物学结合了工程学和生物学的优势,为植物科学研究提供了一套全新的研究策略。以底盘生物种质为基础,通过基因工程改造已有的生物系统或设计新的生物系统乃至合成全新植物,有望为人类社会的可持续发展做出贡献。   
        本课题组主要利用人工智能(alphafold等技术)并结合植物合成生物学新方法,重新设计重要代谢酶,多酶复合体和代谢通路,从而增加代谢物合成的效率,特异性,稳定性和定向调控代谢通量。在前期研究重要的初级和次级代谢途径的基础上,结合人工智能,基因工程,和植物细胞筛选等方法,提高碳固定效率,实现植物固氮,和合成重要天然产物。 在此基础上重新模拟,设计和合成全新植物细胞,实现未来多元场景植物合成。
