        现任中国科学院南皮生态农业试验站副站长,兼任第十五届中国土壤学会盐碱土专业委员会副主任,中国生态农业学报青年编委,2022年获河北省五四青年奖章。

    研究内容
        重点研究盐碱区水土资源高效利用机理与技术,包括不同咸水利用模式的水分入渗过程和土壤盐分运移规律,耐盐植物适生种植的植物-土壤互作机理与改土效应,盐碱地肥沃耕层构建的水肥盐的耦合调控机制,盐碱地节水改良利用技术体系构建。
